TIRANA, 15 October 2004 - The OSCE Presence in Albania expresses its deepest sorrow over the tragic loss of 16 lives in a traffic accident in Gjegjan, northern Albania, on 14 October.
The OSCE Presence extends condolences to the families of the victims on a high school trip from Kosovo/Serbia and Montenegro, who lost their lives, as well as to those injured during the accident. The Presence joins the people of Kosovo/Serbia and Montenegro and Albania in their grief on this Day of Mourning.
